Using the program is simple. At the command line, just type:
musicscribe soundFile.wav

Note that in the current version only .wav files are supported. Many programs exist out there to convert mp3 to wav etc, at some point I will provide an mp3 to .wav conversion, since mp3 is an important format...

The result will be a set of .htm files. double click on index.htm to view the results.
