I chose to analyze the middle section of Brad Mehldau's Paranoid Android, though I am using the version from Live in tokyo. There is a piano trascription of the other version by Jason Felitto, available, but I prefer the piano harmonies in live in Tokyo particular in the middle section of the music.
The .wav file is huge so I haven't posted it, also may be a copzright problem, the piece is almost 20 minutes long. Please buy the CD if your a jazz piano lover! It's worth it. Here is what the sample output looks like.
